The IU Unit of CWA Local 4818 represents over 1,500 support staff from IU Bloomington and Northwest campuses. The Local is the negotiator for all support staff on these campuses concerning the distribution of staff wage adjustments (annually) and Support Staff policy (every three years). It also communicates regularly with IU Human Resources periodically through Mutual Gains Meetings and regarding departmental or individual issues.
